Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after receiving it, you may be eligible for a return or exchange in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment:
